Appointments: To ensure effective scheduling and continuity of care, please arrive on time for your appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payment and Insurance: Our mental health office operates on a fee-for-service basis. Payment for services is expected at the time of each session, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Emergencies: In the event of a mental health emergency or crisis, please contact emergency services or your local crisis hotline immediately. Our mental health office is not equipped to provide emergency services.
Records and Documentation: As part of your treatment, our mental health professionals may maintain records and documentation related to your care. These records will be securely stored, and their release will only occur with your written consent or as required by law.
Termination of Services: You have the right to discontinue services at any time. Likewise, our mental health professionals may terminate services if they believe it is in the best interest of your well-being or if you violate the terms of service.
